You know that moment when the production plan looks fine on a spreadsheet, but the factory has a different idea?

A material arrives late. Warehouse space gets tight. Priorities change. Suddenly, five departments are working to five different versions of the plan.

This food manufacturer wants a Supply Chain Manager who can get everyone working from the same one.

You'll report to the Site General Manager and lead the teams responsible for planning, scheduling and warehousing. The brief is to make the operation more predictable: spot constraints earlier, improve stock control, build a plan the factory can deliver and give your team the structure to keep improving it.

There's substance to the role. You'll have experienced people around you, a direct voice in site decisions and the scope to change how things work. You won't be brought in simply to report on missed targets.
