Manufacturing Team Leader - Lean Ops & Growth (Evenings)

Pilgrim's Europe in Enniskillen is seeking a Team Leader to drive an evenings production shift on a fixed-term 12-month contract. The role focuses on leading the production stream, building a high performing team and delivering value to the business and customer.

The ideal candidate will prioritise safety, OPEX improvements and lean problem solving, with strong data analysis, MS Office proficiency and manufacturing experience. Fluency in English and proven team management are essential.
