About the role

Our client is a leading plant display company working across London and the Southeast. Due to growth, we’re looking for Experienced Horticultural Assistants to join our team. The Role * Maintain internal & external plant displays * Seasonal planting & replanting * Identify and treat pests/diseases * Use tools, ladders, and equipment safely * Work at customer sites and represent the company Hours * Start 4–5am, finish 2–3pm (average) * Weekend work available What You Get * Competitive pay (DOE) * 5% monthly attendance bonus * Guaranteed 40 hours in winter * Our Overtime: Sat (1.5x), Sun (2x) * All breaks paid * 28 days holiday + pension * Free parking & uniform Training & Progression HGV, HIAB, spraying licences (PA1/PA6), FLT & more Requirements * Full UK Driving Licence * Able to travel to Burnham (SL1 8DT) * Horticulture or plant knowledge preferred * Reliable, professional attitude Perfect for someone who enjoys outdoor work and finishing early.
