Locum SEN Lawyer

We are currently supporting one of our long-standing clients in recruiting an experienced SEN lawyer to join the team on an ongoing locum basis.

Duties would include:

Provide expert legal advice, representation, and case management on matters relating to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)Holding complex tribunal cases - preparing and attending hearings Providing advice and support across the wider SEND teamDelivery of training to clients

We are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Cilex-Qualified lawyer with relevant litigation rights with extensive experience in SEN law.
