M&E Quality Assurance Supervisor

£250-£300 per day or £55,000-£65,000 PAYE
A leading Building Services contractor is looking to recruit an experienced M&E Quality Assurance Supervisor to join its team on a major residential development in Luton.
The project consists of four blocks of apartments, with the successful candidate responsible for overseeing quality across the mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements.

The Role
You will work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, site teams and subcontractors to monitor quality throughout the installation.
You will identify defects and non-conformances, ensure corrective actions are completed and maintain accurate quality records using the project's digital reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance across mechanical and electrical installations.

• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and relevant standards.
