Key responsibilities (brief) Convert tenant enquiries into qualified viewings to maximise property occupancy rates.
Negotiate lease terms and rental rates to achieve optimal outcomes for landlords.
Conduct professional property viewings while delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Secure new property instructions through proactive landlord networking and local prospecting.
Manage applicant relationships through modern CRM software to ensure rapid deal completion.

Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
