This is a career-defining opportunity for an established consulting leader to join a highly regarded specialist procurement consultancy as a Partner, with responsibility for leading and growing its Energy vertical.

The successful individual will be given the platform, autonomy and backing to build a market-leading proposition across the wider Energy and Infrastructure landscape, spanning areas such as Nuclear, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Utilities and major capital programmes.

This is a true growth and leadership position. Alongside executive-level client engagement and oversight of major procurement transformation programmes, the Partner will be responsible for originating new business, expanding strategic accounts and developing the team and proposition required to significantly grow the Energy practice.

What makes this role stand out

  • Full ownership and strategic leadership of the Energy consulting vertical
  • Significant autonomy to shape the proposition, go-to-market strategy and future direction of the practice
  • Responsibility for originating and converting major new consulting opportunities across Energy, Nuclear, Renewables, Oil & Gas, Utilities and Infrastructure
  • The opportunity to lead relationships with C-suite and senior procurement leaders across some of the sector's largest organisations
  • Oversight of complex procurement, cost reduction, supply chain and transformation programmes
  • An established consultancy platform with strong backing and ambitious plans for continued expansion
  • Genuine scope to build a team and create a significant long-term footprint within the business

Ideal background

  • Established Partner, Director or equivalent-level consulting experience, with a strong track record within procurement, supply chain or transformation consulting
  • Demonstrable success personally generating £3m+ of new consulting revenue within a calendar year
  • Strong network and senior client relationships across the broader Energy sector
  • Proven ability to originate opportunities, win new logos and significantly grow existing strategic accounts
  • Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain transformation, with the credibility to engage at C-suite level
  • Commercial, entrepreneurial leadership style with the ability to build teams, propositions and long-term client relationships

This opportunity is particularly suited to a senior consulting leader who has already demonstrated their ability to build and monetise a market, but wants greater autonomy over what they create next. xwzovoh

With an established brand behind them, significant freedom to shape the Energy proposition and the opportunity to build a substantial practice around their own network and expertise, this is a rare opportunity to make a genuine Partner-level impact rather than simply inherit an established book of business.
