In addition, you’ll be responsible for managing financial performance and maintaining accountability across all phases of delivery.This role involves overseeing a diverse range of projects, from market-launch builds to externally contracted scopes of work. You’ll take full ownership of contractual commitments and project outcomes, with a strong emphasis on safety, enhancing team performance, driving operational efficiency and fostering continuous improvement.Key Activities and AccountabilitiesDelivery of projects on schedule, within budget & to the defined specification.  This requirement is critical to the effectiveness, profitability & customer perception of projects conducted by ExproWork to company Project Management guidelines, processes & procedures, professionally managing all project workIdentify, assess, maintain and proactively manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation plans and escalation processes as required.Demonstrate best practice in Project Management, establishing a high level of management capability within the team resulting in a positive factor in winning work from our clientsMaintain benchmark performance criteria & demonstrate continuous improvementWork closely with the region business lines to ensure a smooth transition from equipment delivery to operational readinessBe the focal point for client contactDrive value by optimizing engineering & supply chain activitiesProvide bid support for regional business development and sales teams.Ensure accurate and timely project status reporting (both internal & external) to key stakeholders.Job Knowledge and QualificationsProven project management experience within the oil & gas industryPossess or be working towards a formal project management qualificationPossess the experience & ability to take full ownership of allocated subsea projects, manage project teams (including sub-contract staff) to deliver the scope & professionally develop subordinatesPrevious experience in managing budgets & making decisions regarding scheduling & prioritisation of activities, with the ability to coordinate the work effort of internal & external resourcesResults oriented, confident with strong personal initiative, with the ability to see opportunities & solutionsAt Expro, we live by our values, People, Performance, Planet and Partnerships.  People are always at the heart of our success.
