Hours: Full Time 35 Hours per Week
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for experienced Private Property Lawyers / Conveyancers to join a well-established and highly regarded legal practice with multiple offices across the West Midlands and Shropshire.
We are seeking ambitious and motivated individuals with a minimum of 3 years' PQE, or equivalent experience gained within a reputable law firm, to join a busy and successful Residential Property team.
This role offers genuine opportunities for career progression, professional development, and the chance to work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential property matters, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Remortgages
New build transactions
Transfers of equity
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently while delivering a high standard of client service.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and help build long-term client relationships. xwzovoh
About You
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 3 years' PQE or equivalent conveyancing experience
Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and file management skills
A clear understanding of the Solicitors Code of Conduct relating to referrals
Knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations and compliance requirements
Desirable
Experience dealing with landlord and tenant matters
Experience handling leasehold extensions
