With a diverse portfolio of well-known consumer brands, strong trading performance, and continued investment in growth, this is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional looking to influence decision-making at a strategic level.Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business, you'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while helping drive commercial insight across multiple brands and channels.The RoleLead the annual budget, quarterly forecast and long-range planning processes.Deliver meaningful analysis of business performance, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.Partner with senior leaders across trading, marketing, operations and supply chain.Produce monthly board and executive presentations with clear commercial commentary.Develop and enhance KPI reporting across multiple brands and revenue streams.Support strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and business case analysis.Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and systems.About YouACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.Previous FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience.Retail, consumer, e-commerce or multi-site sector experience preferred.Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and non-finance teams.Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.What’s on OfferCompetitive salary of 75,000 - 85,000 + bonusAttractive benefits package.Hybrid working model.Exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.Opportunity to join a growing, multi-brand retail business with exciting expansion plans.What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion about your career. #4003095 - Tahlia Duff
