About the role

Location: Notting Hill, West London Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (with potential for permanent opportunities) Pay: £95–£110 per day (depending on experience and qualifications) A welcoming and well-established primary school in Notting Hill is seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children during the most important stages of their development. The successful candidate will work within either the Nursery or Reception class, helping to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment where every child can thrive. The school is ideally looking for someone who holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or is currently working towards one), however they would also welcome applications from experienced Teaching Assistants with a strong Early Years background who are passionate about developing their career within EYFS. The Role: * Supporting teaching and learning within the Nursery or Reception classroom * Delivering engaging play-based activities in line with the EYFS Framework * Supporting children's communication, language, social, emotional, and physical development * Helping children establish routines while encouraging confidence and independence * Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning through play * Supporting observations and contributing to children's ongoing development * Working closely with the class teacher and wider Early Years team to create a stimulating learning environment The Ideal Candidate: * Ideally holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification or is currently working towards one * Alternatively, has previous experience supporting children within an EYFS setting * Passionate about Early Years education and child development * Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic with a hands-on approach * Able to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues * A proactive team player who enjoys contributing to the wider school community * Strong communication and organisational skills Why Work with ANZUK? * Competitive daily pay rates * Long-term opportunity within a supportive primary school * Potential for permanent opportunities * Dedicated consultant support throughout your placement * Access to CPD, safeguarding, and Early Years training * Opportunity to develop your experience within a collaborative EYFS team How to Apply: If you're passionate about Early Years education and are looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity within a supportive primary school, we'd love to hear from you.
