Temporary Excel & Data Entry Administrator – Gravesend, Kent - £15ph Pay: £15 per hour Duration: 6-week temporary project Start: Immediate / ASAP We are looking for a reliable and organised administrator to support a 6-week temporary project for a well-known client in Gravesend. The role will focus on Excel, data entry and organising health & safety documentation. You will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating information, maintaining records and helping ensure health and safety documents are correctly organised and up to date. Key responsibilities: * Entering and updating data using Microsoft Excel * Organising and maintaining health & safety documentation * Checking documents and records for accuracy * Updating spreadsheets and databases * Filing and managing electronic documentation * Providing general administrative support to the project team The ideal candidate will have: * Good Excel and general IT skills * Strong attention to detail * Accurate and efficient data-entry skills * Good organisational skills * The ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Previous administration or document-control experience is desirable £15 per hour 6-week temporary project If you're available for a temporary assignment and have strong Excel and administration skills, we'd love to hear from you.
