Cruise Consultant - £26,000 basic OTE £60,000 An opportunity to join an award winning luxury cruise brand as a Cruise Consultant and take charge of selling premium and ultra luxury cruise holidays to high net worth clients. You’ll manage enquiries across phone, online and in person, deliver excellent customer service, and build your own loyal client portfolio. This role is remote with one day per month in the office in Sussex and comes with a salary of £26,000 OTE £60,000. Cruise Consultant responsibilities: Handle new and existing client enquiries and bookings Deliver exceptional service throughout the full customer journey Build and nurture your own client base via social media and direct outreach Create bespoke ATOL packages and sell colleague created itineraries Run outbound call campaigns to generate leads Manage a varied workload and support the wider team Attend training, fam trips and client events Cruise Consultant skills required: Proven luxury cruise sales experience (2 years ideal) Self starter who owns their pipeline and generates leads Target driven with strong closing skills Confident upselling and maximising booking value Exceptional communication skills Strong IT skills incl Microsoft Office, reservation systems & Salesforce Additional information: £26k base plus uncapped commission (OTE £60k) 20 days holiday (rising to 25) plus bank holidays Regular cruise fam trips Discounted travel Company events & socials EAP & Staff Savings Scheme Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm plus one Saturday per month
