Commercial Heating Engineer

Our client are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Heating Engineer to join their Property Maintenance team. This opportunity presents the ability tohelp maintain and improve the heating systems across a diverse range of council-owned buildings. The Role: - Servicing, maintenance, fault finding and repairs on commercial and domestic heating systems - Install and commission boilers, pipework, pumps etc. - Adhere to all statutory requirements at all times - Provide efficient response work - Evaluate tasks, quantify and procure materials as required The Candidate: Should be able to: - Demonstrate knowledge of gas Safety Regulations - Demonstrate Practical Competence across all areas laid out within the role - Plan necessary work and complete within set deadlines - Provide a NVQ Level 3 , Corgi/Capita Registration Certificate and City and Guilds - Present a Full UK Driving Licencec272c101-f45c-4783-b4a0-50ad222b87c0
