A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercial Events Sales office Manager to join a beautiful country house hotel in Hertfordshire. This is a key role within the commercial team, responsible for driving and converting inbound enquiries while ensuring exceptional delivery and communication is achieved throughout the hotel.

, you will take ownership of the inbound enquiries, manage and set performance goals with your team of coordinators, ensuring enquiries are converted efficiently and events are flawlessly managed from enquiry to hand over for delivery.
