The Role: Executive Search Consultant
As a Trainee Executive Search Consultant, youll support high-level search mandates while developing expertise in talent mapping, research, and client engagement within sectors such as investment banking and financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market mapping and analyse senior talent trends
Deliver in-depth research, competitor insights, and candidate reports
Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates
Support client meetings and contribute to C-suite hiring decisions
Develop sector expertise in investment banking and related industries
Assist with business development and client growth initiatives
What Were Looking For Executive Search Consultant
2024 or 2025 graduate (any discipline)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High level of intellectual curiosity and commercial awareness
Professional maturity and a proactive mindset
Resilience, attention to detail, and strong work ethic
Interest in executive search, leadership consulting, or financial services recruitment
Salary & Benefits Executive Search Consultant
£32,000 base salary + discretionary bonus
Annual salary reviews + additional months salary at Christmas
