We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at this stunning boutique hotel and restaurant in Stadhampton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and creative chef to work within an award-winning team in a brand-new kitchen, delivering exceptional dishes using the very best seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. The successful Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen while helping maintain the highest standards across service.
The menus celebrate outstanding produce including sustainably sourced fish, rare-breed meats, and premium local ingredients, with covers of up to 30 guests daily.

The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef within a quality fresh food environment
Proven ability to lead and support a kitchen brigade during service
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Passion for seasonal ingredients and high-quality produce
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to consistently deliver high standards under pressure
Strong organisational and communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Full right to work in the UK
