Strategic CFO for Education Trust

RM RECRUIT LIMITED is supporting a Worcestershire-based multi Academy Trust in recruiting a Chief Finance Officer to provide strategic leadership across financial management, governance, compliance, risk, and resource planning. The role ensures that the Trust's finances are managed efficiently and transparently, supporting its educational priorities.

Responsibilities include shaping the Trust's financial strategy, directing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and acting as a trusted adviser to senior leaders. Candidates must hold fully qualified status (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) and be able to work onsite. Experience in the academy trust sector is highly desirable.
