The Role: Manage and develop a busy plant department, driving sales and maintaining high standards throughout Support the Garden Centre Manager and Assistant Garden Centre Manager with the day-to-day running of the wider site Maintaining plant health and merchandising Monitor sales, stock loss, waste, and compliance with health & safety procedures Coach and motivate team members to build a strong and knowledgeable team Assist with recruitment, training, and overall team performance management Complete weekly ordering to maintain accurate seasonal stock levels Work flexibly, including alternate weekends, and support opening/closing responsibilities as a key holder What We're Looking For: Good horticultural knowledge and a genuine passion for plants Previous leadership or supervisory experience would be beneficial Strong communication and team management skills Customer-focused with a drive to achieve strong sales performance A hands-on approach and willingness to support across the garden centre operation Benefits: Career development and progression opportunities Be part of a growing, forward-thinking business Free on-site parking Staff discounts across Garden Centres, Restaurants, and Leisure Park facilities Please get in touch with Elleanna at (url removed) to find out more
