Due to their success they are currently looking for a highly experienced Technical Manager to join a team overseeing a 2000 unit scheme.ResponsibilitiesAchieving quality in design and maintaining the Company’s innovative market.Enhancing the Company’s reputation through driving cutting edge solutions.Delivering the project working through colleagues and partners.Managing information flow in a project.Problem solving on a day to day basis.Driving innovation in the supply chain management.Coordination of specialist sub contractor design integration. Provide a practical and cost effective design service to the company.Management of in-house and external designers to ensure that best practice is followedJointly responsible for producing technical design solutions within cost plan or approved appraisal budget.Key AttributesSomeone who is able to deliver a project from start to finishEnthusiastic and able to drive a teamPeople person who is able to communicate wellExperience in new build high rise and reinforced concrete residential projectsLooking for a methodical, degree qualified in construction or equivalentHighly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessGood problem solver and work with minimal instructionSmart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customers and clientsPunctual, reliable and good practical skillsEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression in a hardworking determined environment.
