As Deputy Branch Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the performance of our London & Kent portfolio, supporting teams across premium global brands and high-profile corporate environments. We're looking for a people-focused operational leader who knows how to get the best from teams while maintaining exceptional standards of service. Security experience is desirable, but it isn't essential. What matters most is your ability to lead people, build trusted client relationships and bring structure, consistency and attention to detail to a fast-paced, multi-site operation across any Industry.
