£40,000 - £50,000 DOE plus Benefits
Our client is a fast-growing, well-established digital and creative agency and they are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead key client accounts, shape campaign strategy and mentor the wider team, with real scope to help drive the agency's growth. This is a full-time on-site role based in the office.

What you'll be doing
Acting as strategic lead for key client accounts, building senior-level relationships
Overseeing planning and delivery of campaigns across multiple workstreams
Managing budgets, resourcing and profitability across your accounts
Leading client presentations, workshops and strategy sessions
Mentoring account managers and junior team members, and spotting growth opportunities
What you'll bring
Experience within a marketing, creative or communications agency
A track record leading client accounts and delivering complex campaigns
Strong strategic thinking, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing budgets and teams, with a collaborative leadership style
