Were looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Assistant & Keyholder on a temporary basis to lead the way.

About the Role Contracted Hours: 18 hours per week Rate of Pay:Min.Wage As Retail Sales Assistant and Keyholder, youll be a key part of our brand and a team player in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving commercial success.

Youll be part of a talented team, support in day-to-day operations, and provide excellent customer service to those looking to purchase our premium bedlinen and homeware collections in store.

What Were Looking For Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience.

Support the stores visual merchandising standards by organising displays and ensuring products are well-presented.

Handle transactions accurately using the till system, including upselling products to maximise sales opportunities.

Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves and organising stockroom areas efficiently.

Support opening and closing procedures as a Key Holder, including securing the premises after hours.

Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering enquiries or taking orders over the phone.

Assist in organising promotional events or sales campaigns to attract customers.

Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed within scheduled shifts.

Proven retail sales assistant experience with a strong track record in customer service, retail shop floor experience A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and late nights Familiarity with premium homeware or lifestyle products is a plus Requirements Strong communication skills with an ability to engage confidently with customers and team members.

Previous experience in retail or merchandising is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in visual presentation and stock management.

Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods and prioritise tasks accordingly. xwzovoh
