Assistant
to join the team within
an establishedand respected liability loss adjusting/claims management organisation
at their office in Mold. The companydelivers a superior claims handling service with commitment and expertise on behalf of insurers and insured clients, whilst aiming to providethe most efficient, effective, professional and cost-effective liability adjusting and claims handling service in the UK.
The Finance Assistant will
perform a range of financial, bookkeeping and administrative tasks to support the Finance Team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day financial processes. If you have
previous accounts experience and are seeking a varied role and a stable, long-term opportunity , we would love to hear from you!
Key Duties & Responsibilities for our Finance Assistant Include: Maintain accurate purchase and sales ledger records Process supplier and client invoices Assist with supplier reconciliation Process and allocate customer and supplier payments Maintain accurate financial records and ensure documentation is correctly filed Resolve supplier and customer queries General bookkeeping duties Preparation of payment runs
Skills and Experience Required for our Finance Assistant: Accounts experience in sales and purchase ledger Strong numeracy skills Good organisational skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage a varied workload Experience in using Microsoft applications including Excel and Word A good telephone manner Experience in using Sage 50 would be advantageous An AAT or similar qualification is desirable
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week, office-based Location:
