Rate: £320-£350 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: Initial 6 months
Start: Immediate
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a cleanroom refurbishment project in Bedfordshire on an initial 6-month contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist project within a highly regulated environment, requiring a strong focus on quality, compliance, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day site operations on a live cleanroom refurbishment
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered to programme
Maintaining strict health & safety and contamination control standards
Liaising with clients, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the project
Ensuring high-quality finishes in line with cleanroom compliance requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering cleanroom refurbishment projects (essential)
Strong background working in controlled environments (pharma, healthcare, or similar)
SMSTS (in date)
CSCS Card (in date)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Available to start immediately
