Job ID: 5786Salary: Up to 80,000 + PackageLocation: North East LondonRegion: LondonPosition:              Technical ManagerSalary:                   Up to 80,000 +  package (Depending on experience)Location:              North East LondonAn Established, dynamic Residential Developer with a strong reputation within the construction industry who specialise in delivering quality homes across the South East of England.The company have an extensive portfolio of developments, from medium to large-scale apartment schemes as well as multi million pound one off developments and grade listed buildings.Due to growing success and innovative business they are currently seeking an ambitious experienced Technical Manager to join the team on a permanent basis with previous experience within the Residential Sector working for a Developer.ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of key business performance targetsManage and support the Technical team and external consultantsTo assist and co-operate with the Planning Department in the planning process and ensure accurate Technical information is provided for planning applications.Experience of managing and providing guidance and support to new build schemesBe able to lead and manage a teamsArrange, co-ordinate and manage all technical meetings with other departments in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all relevant action points are noted and recordedPrepare and maintain design programmes and documents for the monitoring of progress and for use in reporting to the management team.Personal Specification & Requirements               Degree Qualified / HNC / ONCAutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, Power PointDesign and engineering construction knowledgeTechnical and Building Construction knowledgeBuilding Regulations knowledgeA good understanding NHBC legislationGood understanding of Planning legislationHighly motivated with strong desire to grow within the businessGood problem solver and work with minimal instructionSmart, presentable and happy to deal directly with customersPunctual, reliable and good practical skillsEstablished track record of delivering projects on time and within budgetThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is seeking a Career Progression.
