About the role

About The Role:The shift pattern for this role is 5 on 2 off, covering early mornings but the start and finish time will vary on a roster basis and this can be discussed at interview.  You will be a champion for OCS & the client, living and breathing the behaviours and being passionate about service expectations. Making critical decisions and delegating on your own will be a large part of being successful in this role, as well as forming strong working relationships with key stakeholders and meeting expectations for your region.Key responsibilities:The implementation and delivery of the client’s cleaning specifications and its services in your location.Take ownership for financial overtime and stock control ensuring robust practices are in place for the management and reporting of these of processes.Ensure all training requirements are in place and that staff are suitably trained to undertake their role and fulfil their responsibilities whilst being a mentor for development.You will lead in the Supervision of the client’s contract, ensuring services meet the requirements of interface with the clients, service providers and stakeholders, to ensure the expectations are being met and any additional services can be supported.Be proactive in your management approach and have you finger on the pulse of all aspects of the business within your region.You will need:Right to work in the UKExperience within a Cleaning Supervisor or Management role is essentialKnowledge and experience working with health and safety regulationsGreat customer serviceStrong leader and staff managerConfident, resilient and hard workingAbility to be flexible to meet the business requirementsAbout The Company:OCS UK & Ireland is a leading facilities management company with 50,000+ colleagues and a turnover in excess of 2bn.
