Temporary Drivers Mate

Location: Cumbernauld Job Type: Temporary Drivers Mate (Must hold Clean Driving Licence) Pay Rate: £12.81 per hour You must hold a clean driving licence with minimum 6 points as you may at times be required to drive the vehicle. A DBS Vetting will be required to be completed before starting, we also need 3 year employment references. About the Role Working alongside one of our delivery drivers, you'll help deliver a range of electrical products directly to customers' homes. As will be delivering to customers homes you will be required to be put through a DBS check (criminal background check). Key Responsibilities Assist the Driver with loading and unloading products safely. Deliver goods to customers' homes efficiently and professionally. Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery. Handle products with care to prevent damage. Assist with basic installation support where required. Follow all health and safety procedures. Maintain a positive and professional attitude. What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills. A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork skills. Ability to undertake manual handling and lifting duties. Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. Previous delivery, warehouse, or customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays where required.
