Our continual drive to innovate, while encouraging sustainability, ensures we remain at the forefront of the industry, and is demonstrated in our long-standing relationships with major energy providers in multiple countries.A day in the life of a Murphy Assistant Quality AdvisorBe a champion for the “Quality – Right First Time” initiative.Establish and promote best practice in quality matters in conjunction with the Quality function.Ensure that all personnel are aware of their statutory duties and responsibilities, and to provide advice as and when required.Support site management teams to ensure compliance with all requirements stipulated in the Quality Plans.Carry out regular inspections/audits of sites and work places to find whether work is being carried out in accordance with Company Policy, Procedures and other stated requirements.Review of internal and supply chain partner Inspection and Test PlansPromote the reporting of nonconformances and manage, provide advice on closing out actions.Collate and review Business / Contract Quality statistics in a timely manner and submit to the Quality Management and Quality function for reporting purposes.Review Quality statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Develop and implement Quality campaigns and improvement plans in agreement with the Quality Management.Provide support to Project teams in the development of Quality Plans.Produce Quality plans, procedures and associated documentation and check compliance.Still interested, does this sound like you?Experience within a Quality roleRelevant Quality Membership (CQI) would be beneficial along with ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualificationMS package knowledge (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, MS Project)Solid understanding of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.Chartered Quality Professional – Member (CQP MCQI) advantageousPrevious experience within an Engineering or Construction environmentWhat’s in it for you?27 days holiday, plus bank holidays with the option to buy an additional 2 days holiday each year, holidays increase with length of serviceDiscretionary annual bonus and annual salary reviewAbove market rate contributory pension schemeLife assurance, health screening and enhanced sick payEnhanced maternity and paternity pay and a maternity returners bonusExtra weeks holiday for all employees getting married and a wedding bonusSubsidised canteen facilities in core locationsDedicated and continued investment in your professional developmentOther Murphy benefits include retail discounts and cashback, discounted gym memberships, cycle to work scheme etcAbout MurphyMurphy is formally recognised as a sector leading employer, Platinum Investors In People accredited along with reported operating profit up 57% on prior year.
