We're one of Pembrokeshire's oldest surviving watering holes - a modern British pub steeped in Welsh heritage. From fresh seafood to favourite pub foods, we care about offering good food made from the finest seasonal produce. Would you like to help us get there? The ideal Sous Chef will be a well organised & strong person, able to develop new menus alongside our Head chef. The Sous Chef will need to be able to maintain the smooth running of the kitchen.
