Children Residential Support Worker (Agency)

We are here to help change that. Our aim is to build a team of experienced, reliable and passionate Children’s Residential Support Workers who want to make a genuine difference. Every shift is an opportunity to provide positive support, consistency and care to children and young people living in residential homes. The Role As an Agency Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will support children and young people in residential care settings by: * Providing safe, caring and child-centred support * Building positive and professional relationships * Supporting daily routines, activities and independence * Acting as a positive and reliable role model * Following care plans, safeguarding procedures and risk assessments * Working closely with residential care teams * Maintaining clear and accurate records Requirements To apply, you must: * Have at least 1 year’s experience working in a children’s residential home * Have full-time right to work in the UK * Be caring, reliable, resilient and passionate about supporting children and young people * Have a good understanding of safeguarding and child-centred care NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People’s Residential Care is preferred. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
