An established litigation and dispute resolution team is looking to appoint a Solicitor as it continues to develop its commercial and property litigation offering, with opportunities in North and East Yorkshire. You will handle a varied caseload of contentious matters, advising a broad range of clients including businesses, developers, insolvency practitioners, landowners and private individuals. The work will cover either commercial litigation or property litigation, depending on your experience and interests. This is an opportunity to work on high quality matters, build strong client relationships and take responsibility for your work from an early stage. The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with experience in either commercial litigation or property litigation. This opportunity is with a well established law firm with a strong presence across the Yorkshire market. Its litigation and dispute resolution team is highly regarded and offers a supportive and collaborative environment, with exposure to quality work and a diverse client base.
