Join a specialist medical device manufacturer backed by a larger group Core portfolio across Enteral Feeding & NIV, with products spanning 10+ therapy areas Highly clinically focused role with significant customer interaction Work across secondary care, building relationships with key NHS stakeholders Uncapped £16K bonus with attractive earning potential Full product and clinical training provided Growing portfolio driven by ongoing R&D and innovation Excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to transition into medical sales 💼 What You'll Do Field based role day to day - territory is big, so you must be happy to travel extensively Sell innovative enteral feeding, NIV and wider medical device solutions Build strong relationships with specialist nurses, consultants and procurement teams Engage with stakeholders across gastro, neonatal, critical care, theatre and infection control Deliver product demonstrations, clinical support and evaluations Develop existing NHS accounts while identifying new business opportunities Provide a consultative, clinically led sales approach within secondary care 👊 Who You Are Previous medical device/healthcare sales experience, ideally field based OR clinical experience within an NHS hospital environment Background as a Nurse, Physiotherapist, Physician Associate or similar healthcare professional Strong understanding of working with hospital clinicians and NHS stakeholders Confident communicator with a personable, consultative approach Commercially driven with a genuine interest in clinical solutions Full driving licence 💰 The Package £35-50K basic salary £16K uncapped bonus Fully expensed company car OR car allowance 8% pension contribution 25 days holiday + bank holidays Full product & clinical training
