Interview Scheduler (6-Month Contract) Location: London (Hybrid) Department: Talent Acquisition Rate: £16.76ph (approx. £32K based on a 36-hour work week)

Role Purpose: Support our client's Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews and assessments to ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Scheduling: Organise interviews and assessments across a diverse portfolio of vacancies.
• Coordinate Stakeholders: Liaise effectively with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage Complex Diaries: Navigate multiple time zones, rapid reschedules, and cancellations with ease.
• Communicate Clearly: Issue interview invites, joining instructions, and professional candidate communications.
• Maintain Systems: Ensure accurate, up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Administrative Support: Assist with recruitment administration, compliance activities, and reporting.
• Optimise Workflows: Contribute to ongoing process improvements and efficient service delivery.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years' experience in interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, or HR administration.
• Proven track record supporting high-volume recruitment activities.
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word).
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to the candidate experience.

Desirable Extras

• Experience in a global or matrix environment, including international scheduling. xwzovoh
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or a similar enterprise ATS.
• HR, Recruitment, or Business-related qualifications.
