Purchase Ledger Assistant Full time - Permanent Glasgow based (mix of home and office working) West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) are looking for a new Purchase Ledger Assistant who shares our values and will use them to guide the way they work on a daily basis. 40 days annual leave, plus hybrid flexibility ~ Free access to a comprehensive Employee Support Service ~ Healthcare plan for you and your family ~ Cycle to work scheme and secure bike storage ~ Free flu jags and annual health checks Reporting to our Senior Finance Officer, and you will be responsible for the processing and payment of invoices and managing and maintaining supplier records. You will provide effective purchase ledger processing within the finance team. Contributing to the efficient operations of the Finance Department in respect of all Purchase Ledger Tasks. Create, manage and maintain the supplier accounts within the finance system Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems quickly Have previous Purchase Ledger experience We welcome applications from all sections of the community and particularly encourage candidates from disabled, Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds.
