BIM Coordinator

Were looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a growing MEP team and play a key role in delivering high-quality, coordinated building services projects.

The Role
As a BIM Coordinator, youll be responsible for coordinating MEP models and ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and to a high standard. Youll work closely with engineers, designers, contractors and project teams to identify issues, solve problems and keep projects moving.
What Were Looking For
3+ years experience working within MEP BIM coordination.
Strong MEP modelling experience with a solid understanding of building services.
Confident working with Revit and BIM coordination software .
Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical services within complex projects.
Strong understanding of clash detection and model coordination .
Ability to interpret technical drawings and design information.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset you wont wait for issues to find you.
What Youll Be Doing
Coordinating MEP models across multiple disciplines.
Producing and reviewing detailed MEP models.
Identifying and resolving clashes before they become problems on site.
Working with engineers, designers and other project stakeholders to resolve coordination issues.
Supporting the delivery of projects from design through to construction.
Maintaining model quality, accuracy and BIM standards. xwzovoh
