Managing Director | Super-Prime Residential | London Managing Director needed. And frustratingly, I can’t tell you much more than that. Confidentiality means I need to keep the business, projects and finer details off LinkedIn for now. What I can say is that it’s an established company working within the high-end super-prime residential construction sector and they need someone who has already been a Managing Director. Not a Construction Director looking for the next step. They want somebody who has already sat in the chair, carried responsibility for the whole business and knows what comes with it. Ideally, you’ll have led a construction business in the £10m–£20m turnover range - commercially strong, client-facing, good with people, comfortable with the numbers and used to operating in a world where expectations are, politely put, quite high. At this level, I completely appreciate that even having a conversation needs to be handled discreetly.
