Senior Chef De Partie

Run breakfast service twice per week .
Work a combination of middle and closing shifts during the rest of the week.
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
Support stock control, food safety and kitchen organisation.
Assist in training and supporting junior team members.
What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef de Partie .
Strong fresh-food background.
Experience running a section independently.
Good knowledge of breakfast and la carte service.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Good understanding of food hygiene and HACCP.
What We Offer £35,000 - £40,000 salary , depending on experience.
