About the role

The Stamford Bridge Hotel is seeking a charming and engaging R eceptionist with a passion for service excellence . You will report to the Reception Manager , working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

The R eceptionist will be responsible for :
G iv ing our guests a memorable welcome and lasting impression

Provid ing exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services and facilities

Ensur ing that the daily task list is completed effectively

Work ing collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences

Ta king initiative in accommodating our guests needs in a resourceful manner

To be successful in the role of Receptionist , we require :
Excellent guest engagement skills

An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel

Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly

The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations

A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
