Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including diary and email management.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure relevant documents are distributed in a timely manner.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodation.
Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling communications with discretion and professionalism.
Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other key documents.
Manage ad hoc projects and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive business information.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and operations.Profile
A successful temporary EA to CEO should have:
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Previous experience supporting senior executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
