fashion, and entertainment. Our annual international rally and series of live events bring

together high-profile guests, brands, and audiences from around the world.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Events Assistant to join our growing

Events Team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in luxury events and live

entertainment who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments. You’ll support the planning,

production, and delivery of Gumball 3000’s international events — from large-scale live music

productions and VIP parties to exclusive hospitality experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist with the end-to-end planning and coordination of international Gumball 3000

events.

● Support production logistics, including AV, staging, lighting, and technical requirements.

● Liaise with venues, suppliers, and production teams to ensure seamless event

execution.

● Help manage VIP guest experiences, hospitality, and on-site coordination.

● Work closely with internal teams (sponsorship, PR, and creative) to deliver brand-aligned

event experiences.

● Assist with budget tracking, scheduling, and event documentation.

● Provide on-site support across live events, rallies, and afterparties.

Requirements:

● Proven experience in luxury events, live music, or VIP hospitality.

● Technical knowledge of AV and production is desired but not essential.

● Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on event environment.

● Willingness to travel internationally and work flexible hours during events, including

weekends.

● A full UK driving licence and confidence driving internationally.

● A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for creating unforgettable

experiences.

● Automotive, motorsport or luxury brand experience is highly desirable.
