Casual Temporary Front of House Staff

We are currently recruiting for experienced Front of House staff to join our temporary staffing team, providing flexible work opportunities across a variety of restaurants, bars, hotels, events and hospitality venues. We are looking for Waiters, Bartenders, Cocktail Bartenders, Hosts, Front of House Assistants and experienced hospitality professionals who are looking for flexible temporary work, additional hours alongside existing employment, or regular casual shifts. As a member of our temporary team, you will represent our clients and provide a high standard of customer service, food and beverage service and guest experience. Assignments can vary depending on client requirements, your experience, location and availability. Key Responsibilities * Providing professional and friendly customer service * Taking food and drink orders accurately * Serving food and beverages to guests * Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks * Preparing cocktails where required * Maintaining high standards of presentation and service * Clearing and resetting tables * Supporting bar and front-of-house operations * Working efficiently during busy service periods * Following venue procedures and health and safety requirements * Working effectively as part of a wider hospitality team About You * Previous experience in a hospitality or Front of House role is essential * Experience as a Waiter, Bartender, Cocktail Bartender, Host or FOH Assistant is welcomed * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Professional, confident and friendly manner * Able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments * Reliable, punctual and well presented * Comfortable working independently and as part of a team * Flexible and available for temporary/ad-hoc shifts * A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences Why Join Us? * Flexible casual shifts to suit your availability * Competitive hourly rates * Weekly pay * Holiday pay * A variety of hospitality and event assignments * Opportunities for regular temporary work * Work with a range of different venues and clients * No requirement to commit to a fixed number of hours If you are an experienced hospitality professional looking for flexible temporary work, we’d love to hear from you
