I'm currently working with an exciting premium grab & go food brand that is continuing to grow across London. They're now looking for a strong Assistant Manager to support the leadership team in one of their busy Central London locations .
This is a great opportunity for someone with QSR, grab & go, coffee shop, or fast-paced hospitality experience who enjoys leading teams and delivering great customer experiences.
The Assistant Manager Role:
Support the day-to-day running of a busy, high-performing store
Lead, motivate and develop the team on shift
Ensure high standards of product quality, service and store presentation
Support stock control, labour management and operational performance xwzovoh
Help drive a positive, energetic team culture
