The Role
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily staff dining, premium cafes, executive fine dining, and large-scale corporate events.
Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a large front-of-house team, fostering a culture of hospitality excellence.
Financial Oversight: Manage costs, labor budgets, and stock control to consistently maximize profit margins.
Standards & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, food hygiene, and internal audit procedures.
What We Are Looking For
Previous Experience: Proven track record as a DGM or high-level Assistant GM within premium London contract catering.
High-Volume Expertise: Comfortable managing multi-site or multi-outlet environments serving 1,000+ covers daily.
Commercial Polish: Strong financial acumen with experience managing a full profit and loss (P&L) account.
