Grounds Maintenance Operative

A well‑established environmental services organisation requires Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join their expanding team on a seasonal basis. Previous experience in grounds maintenance is essential to fulfil this position of Grounds Maintenance Operative. Offered as a temporary seasonal contract, this role will be available for start on Monday 1st June. Duties of Grounds Maintenance Operative: * Hedge cutting and general shrub maintenance * Operating wood chippers and other grounds machinery * Vegetation clearance, strimming and site tidying * Mowing, strimming, and general grounds upkeep * Working outdoors in varying weather conditions * Following health & safety procedures Skills/ attributes required by Grounds Maintenance Operative: * Valid Hedgecutter ticket OR Valid Chipper ticket OR other similar grounds maintenance machinery qualifications * Previous experience in grounds or landscaping work * CSCS card – desirable * High attention to detail * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Location: Redditch, Worcestershire Hours of Work: Mon to Fri 7am – 5 pm Contract: Temporary Seasonal Rate of Pay: £15 to £16 per hour (dependent upon experience) If you have the skills and experience to fulfil the role of Grounds Maintenance Operative, please APPLY TODAY
