Commercial Paralegal

Job Description

A well-established sports and entertainment organisation is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their in-house legal team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Start date: July 2026

Salary: £30,000 per annum

The Role:

• Work closely with commercial, marketing, and operational teams across a broad range of business activities

Draft and review a variety of commercial agreements, including sponsorship, licensing, media, and supplier contracts

\t

Maintain and update standard contract templates, terms, and internal legal documentation

\t

Support on intellectual property matters, including brand usage and licensing arrangements

\t

Assist with data protection and privacy compliance, including responding to queries and supporting internal processes

\t

Provide support on regulatory, governance, and dispute-related matters as required

Ideal Candidate:

•

• Proven experience as a paralegal within a commercial or in-house legal environment (this role is not suited to entry-level candidates)

\t

Strong experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts

\t

Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

\t

Commercial, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

\t

Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of the business
