They are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Contentious Probate team, with the role commencing in September 2026. The firm fosters a supportive and inclusive culture, and this friendly team is looking for someone with excellent secretarial skills to help support their fee earners in a timely and efficient manner. Typical Duties Will Include: * Document management. * Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails, and other correspondence. * Audio typing. * Scanning, paginating, and photocopying. * File opening, ID checks, and preparation of client care letters. * Providing general administration support to the team. The Successful Candidate Will Have: * Strong document management skills, preferably with legal documentation such as numbering and amending documents. * Confidence in formatting documents with a good eye for detail. * Good organisation and time management abilities. * Excellent team player with great typing skills. * A motivated attitude with a strong commitment to learning. * Prior secretarial experience within contentious probate or a related area of law would be advantageous.
