Assistant Service Manager — Lead Caring Team (Sleep-Ins)

Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in Pwllheli, Gwynedd is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations and ensure a safe, caring service for the people we support. You’ll work alongside the Service Manager, supervise staff, and contribute to a person-centred approach that promotes independence and wellbeing.

The role includes shift patterns with weekends and sleep-ins. A full driving licence is essential, and Welsh language skills are preferred to meet the needs of our community.
