Kitchen Supervisor Job in Central London * Package £41,000 * Full-time • 40 hours per week • 5 days per week inc. some weekend * Mainly day-time shifts * Straight shifts • Meals on duty * West End • Central London Rhubarb, the Hospitality Recruitment Agency in London, is recruiting a Kitchen Supervisor for a day-time restaurant located close to Regent Street in London’s West End. We are looking for a Chef with previous experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Senior Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef in good-quality systems driven kitchens. This is a hands-on cooking role that will help oversee all aspects of kitchen management including helping to organise rotas, stock ordering, stock management, H&S, training etc. Fluent English is essential, Italian speakers or other European languages are nice to have, but not essential. Hours of work: Full-time 40 hours per week, 5 days per week including some weekend days. The latest shift ends at 9 PM. Salary Packeg of £41,000 inlcudes a basic salary of £35,000 + service charge worth £6,000+ per year
