Housing Partner Bracknell 22.5 Hours per Week (Monday to Wednesday, flexible) Ongoing Temporary Contract £24 umbrella hourly We are seeking an experienced Housing Partner to deliver a proactive tenancy and neighbourhood management service across a local housing patch. Key responsibilities of the Housing Partner: Managing tenancies and supporting residents throughout their tenancy journey Conducting tenancy audits, property inspections, and estate inspections Resolving neighbourhood and tenancy-related issues Supporting vulnerable customers and working with partner agencies Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer serviceThe successful Housing Partner will have: Previous experience in housing, tenancy, or neighbourhood management Strong communication and case management skills Ability to manage challenging situations and build positive relationships Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferredIf you are interested in hearing more about the opportunity, please contact Chrissie at the Derby Office.
